long history in the food industry ranging from catering functions for the diplomatic corps
internationally, to commercial baking for world class establishments and to designing exclusive
corporate gifts.
In 1997, Lesley’s passion extended to the delightful world of
Chocolate and, incorporating a strong
French influence, has attracted a devoted following of discerning gourmets.
In 2004, drawing from her international food experiences, Lesley created the delicious
Chutney product line.
