Apricot-Ginger Chutney is delicious with:

  • Artisan Breads, Crackers, Cheeses, and Fruit.
  • Sandwiches, Toast, Toasted Sandwiches & Welsh Rarebit.
  • Breakfast: Steak, Sausages, Omelets, Bacon & Eggs.
  • Party Platters, Shrimp Platters, Spring Rolls, - as a dip either on it’s own or mixed with cream cheese.
  • Smoked Foods, Beef, Venison, Pork, Poultry, or Fish.
  • Delicious as a topping on the above items, then broiled until caramelized.
  • Serve as an accompaniment to Curries, Vegetarian Dishes, Roasts, Barbeques.
  • Versatile Base for Marinades, mix with Vinegar, Soya Sauce, Fruit Juice, Wine, etc.

Gourmet Curry Sauce:

  • Use as a Marinade either as is, or with added wine or fruit juice.
  • For Barbecue, Broil or Stir Fry ~ the sauce caramelizes and adds a new dimension of flavors to Vegetables, Beef, Venison, Pork, Poultry, Fish or Fruit.
  • Mix with Cream Cheese or with Mayonnaise and serve with Chutney for a delicious dip, sauce or dressing.
  • Excellent with crab and shrimp or vegetable and fruit platters..
  • Mix with orange juice and serve as a salad dressing or drizzle over a fruit salad of sliced apples, pears, bananas, figs and walnuts.
