Terms and Conditions
1.	All of our products are manufactured in a facility that processes nuts.
2.	Shipping can turn our chocolate gems into coal. As a result, all chocolate orders must be shipped Second Day Air. During warmer weather, chocolates will be ice packed for an additional $10. This fee is included in the shipping charge at checkout. If you require chutney to be shipped other than Second Day Air, please submit a separate, chutney only order. Chutney ordered with chocolates on the same order will be shipped Second Day Air.
3.	Our goal is to ship all orders within a week of order placement. However, due to the small size of our company, additional time may be necessary, especially during holiday periods or to avoid our products sitting in transit over the weekend. If you contact us directly, we may be able to accommodate a quicker delivery schedule.
4.	Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we may not be able to fulfill your order. Should this situation occur, all monies will be refunded for the unfulfilled portion.
5.	We reserve the right to refuse any order and all monies will be refunded should this right be exercised.
6.	No returns will be accepted due to the nature of our products.
7.	Lesley's Gourmet will not sell or share any customer information.
