Since 1990, Lesley has been pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation, always insisting on the finest ingredients, packaging, and presentation.
In 1997, Lesley’s passion extended to the world of French-styled Artisan Chocolates, Confections and Fruit Bars, all of which have attracted a devoted following of discerning gourmets. The exclusive Chocolates and Confections are handcrafted using the finest natural or organic ingredients and a blend of Michel Cluizel Chocolate to create the ultimate indulgence!
In 2004, drawing from her international food experiences, Lesley created the delicious Chutney product line for the catering and gift markets. The South African & Malaysian flavors of the Apricot Ginger Chutney add fun and excitement to any dish. The simplicity of use and versatility of these sauces are limitless!!
